Military Service
Mark Conrad served in the United States Air Force, retiring at the rank of Senior Master Sergeant. His years of service took him around the world and shaped in him a deep sense of discipline, duty, and dependability — qualities he has carried into every area of his life, including his walk with God.
A Life of Faith
Mark became a Christian when he was around eight years old, and his life has been, in his own words, a love affair with Jesus. Like the children of Israel, there were seasons when he wandered — but God never let him go. Over more than 40 years of Bible study, Mark has come to believe that the most important things he knows were taught to him directly by the Holy Spirit, grounded in 1 John 2:26–27: that God's Spirit is the believer's true teacher, and He will lead us into everything we need to know.
A verse close to his heart
But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

Family
Mark is married to Deborah Conrad. Together they have two children and three grandchildren. Family is central to who Mark is, and the love and faithfulness he has experienced in his home mirrors the love and faithfulness he has found in his relationship with God.
Ministry Calling
Mark has no formal theological training and has never read a book on speaking in tongues — and he considers that a point of integrity, not a weakness. He believes God has personally taught him what he needs to know through Scripture and the Holy Spirit. His calling is simple: to share what he has learned, to challenge believers to desire all the gifts God offers, and to push back against any teaching that quenches the Spirit or forbids what God has given. He has spoken in tongues himself on multiple occasions and writes from lived experience as much as from study.
